Magistrate’s Court Civil Procedure in both defended and undefended matters, including but not limited to drafting of summonses and other pleadings and notices, drafting of various affidavits, drafting of documents including discovery affidavits and noting judgments.
High Court Civil procedure, including attending trials with counsel and assisting counsel generally, consulting with witnesses or clients, attending consultations with witnesses or clients before counsel, attending inspections in loco, attending pre-trial conferences, compiling briefs and instructions to counsel, drafting of pleadings, various notices and affidavits, including discovery affidavits, drawing bills of cost and preparing for trial.
Criminal law procedure, including appearing in criminal court on behalf of clients, liaising with the police and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of clients, consultations with clients, drafting of pleadings and affidavits, preparing for trial.
