Stephen studied through the University of the Witwatersrand where he obtained his LLM in corporate commercial law. With a specific focus of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (as amended), Stephen’s dissertation focused on the relatively new insertion of the Business Rescue process.
Stephen has practiced in various fields including, but not limited to, family law, High Court and Magistrate Court litigation, corporate, commercial, insolvency, business rescue, insurance, evictions, motor vehicle accident claims, domestic violence and trust establishment and administration.
Stephen formed part of the corporate commercial department at his previous employer, where he was involved in numerous large-scale commercial transactions.
In August 2014, Stephen proceeded to incorporate Allnutt Inc. Attorneys, where he currently practices as owner and director of the firm.
Zanmarie Allnutt

Zanmarie studied through the University of Johannesburg. She commenced her articles of clerkship at Allnutt Inc Attorneys in August 2017. Zanmarie was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2019.
Zanmarie has a great interest in debt collection, debt review, property law as well as commercial law.
